Mitchell Koch was a master carpenter and builder before receiving an Architectural degree from Pratt Institute. Prior to founding Mitchell Koch Architects in 1998, he was Project Architect for residential, commercial and institutional projects including NYU Dental School, facilities for HBO Studio Productions, new academic buildings at the Pembroke Hill School in Kansas City and the extensive renovation of the Hastings on Hudson Village Hall.
Mitchell Koch’s diverse practice includes numerous residential and commercial projects in Westchester, New York City and beyond. As principal, Mitchell Koch oversees every project, working closely with the design team and the client. The results are creative, quality architectural design solutions that respond to the context with exceptional attention to detail.
Mitchell Koch has been a Professor at Fordham/Marymount and is active in his community as a member of the Architectural Review Board and volunteer EMT.
