This house was built on the footprint of a mid century structure that had dislodged from its foundation. Following demolition of the original structure, the clients wanted a clear and open floor plan that featured the breathtaking views of the river and palisades. The resulting clean lines and simplicity required painstaking attention to detail in every aspect of the project. The client was involved in all the decisions from the bathroom tiles to the lighting. The result is an elegant space with playful accents.
