hastings on hudson, ny for an art collector with great concern for detail, mka studio designed a new and unique entry, cook’s kitchen and library/study. a library/home office, converted from a garage, features sliding panels to accommodate paintings and maximize bookshelf space. an automatic shade system modulates the glass wall that overlooks a sculpture garden. a poured concrete matrix floor and custom designed steel tables with leather work surfaces provide contemporary accents.
